1. How do I place an order?
You can place your order here on our website or you can call (772) 692-3287 and our friendly customer service reps will gladly assist you.
2. How long does a typical order take?
It generally takes 40-65 minutes from the time you place your order to the time your food reaches the door.

4. When should I order?
Orders can be placed at any time, but should be placed at least 45-60 minutes before your desired delivery time.
5. Can I place an order for a future time?
Yes! We highly recommend placing an 'Advance Order' to help ensure your desired delivery time, particularly during peak lunch times. Advance orders can be placed online up to a month before desired delivery time. Click on the 'Advance Ordering' button at the top of this page to schedule a future delivery. You may also place future orders for a longer advance period by calling us directly.
6. What is the delivery charge?
There is a $3.99 delivery charge. However if you would like to order from multiple restaurants there will be an additional $3.99 per restaurant. All orders include a 3% service fee to cover office expenses, website expenses, etc.
7. Can I order Beverages?
YES! We offer Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Water and Red Bull. Click on the Beverages tab on the left of the home screen to order or call us.
8. Do you mark up menu prices?
Absolutely not! All menu items and prices are determined by the restaurants and provided to us by the restaurants. We do not upcharge menu prices.
9. Can I use restaurant coupons?
Sorry, but unfortunately no. Our participating restaurants offer those coupons to meet you in person. So save those coupons for an in-house, full service meal at a later date.
We do offer coupons from Chow Cab. Please email us at ChowCab@gmail.com to be added to our coupon email list.
10. Who do I call if there is a mistake with my order?
Please call our office at (772) 692-3287 within thirty minutes of delivery (even if it is after office hours) if there is anything missing, or incorrect. We will get incorrect items replaced and/or missing items delivered, or arrange for a credit towards your next order. Thank you for reporting your concerns to us so we can continue improving our service.

Restaurant prices are subject to change without notice. There is a $15 minimum order amount on all orders.
